COURSE 2 - OVERVIEW INCLUDING 4 COMPOUND TENSES
LESSON 4
VOCABULARY & PRONUNCIATION
VOCABULARY DETOUR - WHAT'S HAPPENING?
· The verbs in this vocabulary detour are important: you'll learn 4 verbs to ask "What's happening?" (and "What was happening?", "What will happen?", etc.). You probably already know the one that follows the blue pattern: "¿Qué pasa?".

ALL 9 VERB FORMS - 5 SIMPLE & 4 COMPOUND
(7 VERB TENSES OF THE INDICATIVE MODE, 2 CONDITIONAL MODES)
· In a strict sense, a verb tense has to be the present (is and does), the past (was, did, has, and had), or the future (will and will have). The forms would and would have are not the present, the past, or the future: technically they are called "the conditional mode" (or "the conditional mood"). However, referring to the conditional forms as "verb tenses" is common.
